Return & Exchange Policy
At Glossy Boston, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow the return process steps below to ensure a smooth return or exchange.
Policy
All items purchased are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, complete with the product care card, invoice, and packaging, including carton box, dust bags, chain wrapped, etc. (except for returns due to damage or flaws). Failure to return the product in its original condition may result in the inability to accept the return and issue a full refund.
We cover the shipping costs for returning items.Once we receive your return and process your refund, we will notify you accordingly. Please note that we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Please note that if you paid for shipping when you bought the product, we do not reimburse the shipping costs but cover the return shipping expenses.
Process
For US Domestic Orders:
1. To initiate a return, please send an email to glossy@glossyboston.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once our team approves your return request, you will receive a return label. Please write down your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the package. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off with the carrier within 3 days.
Note: If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier, please let us know via email at glossy@glossyboston.com, providing your order number and tracking number. We will then furnish you with the return address after approving your return request. However, kindly note that without tracking information, we may not be able to process your refund promptly. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise fails to meet our return requirements.
For Orders Outside the US:
Orders outside of the US can be returned using your preferred shipping carrier at your own expense, as we are unable to provide a return label. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise fails to meet our return requirements.
To initiate a return for orders outside the US, please send an email to glossy@glossyboston.com, including your order number and reasons for the return.
Once our team approves your return, we will provide you with the return address. Please arrange the shipment, ensuring to include your order number on a piece of paper inside the package. Also, send us the tracking number as soon as possible, as this will help us process your refund promptly.
Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. We value your satisfaction and are committed to making the return and exchange process as smooth as possible.
